The premier set for the Upper Deck brand. The 1989 Upper Deck complete set started a revolution in the sportscard industry and it's success was a wake up call to the Topps Company that there was a new kid on the block. Ironically this set also had the kid in it, Ken Griffey Jr. Rookie Card a must have for every true sports card collector.
