Recreate history with these full size vintage helmets. Reproduced now as they were over 40 years ago, these vintage suspension helmets are individually painted with hand-applied decals and striping. They are manually assembled from over seventy individual parts. Machine-sewn leather jaw pads, riveted-in military style patented cloth-suspension, a vintage face mask, and a classic flared shell shape make these helmets immediately identifiable with football’s “golden” era of the ‘50s and ‘60s. These helmets are accurate down to the tiniest details, such as the use of original brown thread stitching in the cotton suspension. Nothing has been overlooked to ensure accuracy while recreating these helmets.
